Mmmm Irish Coffee
Can anyone tell me though, how long will Baileys last? The bottle says it tasted best before 10/2003, but with 17%vol alcohol I think it is pretty well preserved?

You’ve managed to keep a bottle of Baileys five years past it’s used by date? Wow.

I thought the clock starts ticking after opening, too? Because of the cream content, it should be consumed within certain days(!!!) from when it was first opened. Just my two cents.
Or maybe that was my housemate’s con-idea of an excuse to guzzle it all at one go. *shrugs*
