KitchenCam

, , david, Thursday, 9:06 pm

I’ve set up my webcam in the kitchen. It is set to save a few frames to the website here whenever it detects motion. Now I can check the oven is off and the house isn’t on fire. I may point it somewhere more interesting later. Also need to work on a better interface which will show the current view while still saving frames when motion is detected.

update: Now using minishowcase to display the camera pictures.

Got to beat the traffic on the NW motorway. I try and leave before 6.30 or after 9.30.

I see I need to tweak the motion detection some more. It is firing every time the light changes.

I was heating up garlic bread and a pie. Should be off now though.

I’m not sure about the jersey you are wearing today David. Althought it’s a change from the same old jacket. LOL

It’s a good jumper! No holes in the elbows even.
